Born in Sacramento, CA, and raised in Kansas City, Chicago, and Parker, Colorado. Dr. Johnsen has called Colorado home since 1981.
Doctor Johnsen is a fan of Denver's professional sports teams and enjoys skiing, golfing, and traveling.
